Our Drivers
Morris Martin Racing, owned and operated by Todd Morris and Dan Martin, was established in 2022 after realizing that their passion for racing and strive for competitiveness could be a foundation for the future.
In three years, Todd and Dan turned a mostly stock 2005 Mustang GT into a competitive autocross car that achieved 1st place in its first full season. MMR has gained substantial recognition following the respect of both spectators and drivers alike.
Dan Martin
You will likely never see Dan driving the same car for too long. He is determined to collect as many “automotive experiences” as he can in his lifetime. However, one thing that remains consistent is his appreciation for Ford Mustangs. Over the years, Dan has owned five mustangs across three generations of the thoroughbred.
Through the formation of MMR, Dan has found a kindred spirit in Todd. Dan focuses mainly on keeping the various horses in the stable in good health. Beyond that, he shares driving stints with Todd and is always planning future iterations for each car.
Todd Morris
Though the love of cars isn’t genetic, Todd attributes a lot of his passion for the craft to his grandpa, who single handled revived numerous cars from their graves – many of which were mustangs.
This love for mustangs started for Todd when his parents bought him the current flagship car of MMR when he was in college. Now transformed, this car has led to the creation of MMR and multiple 1st place finishes.
Outside of driving, Todd handles all social media, marketing, and PR for MMR. Through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Reddit, Todd aims to make the sport of racing more entertaining and accessible through content creation.
